the lack of towel hooks was shocking, I had to use the towel warmer like a common person, and the beds are smaller than even a child's room! after these disappointments, a complimentary drink or upgrade would’ve been nice, but clearly, they don’t prioritize their guests. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The noise levels were a problem. street sounds and other guests' activities in the shared kitchen were disruptive, especially when bacon was frying multiple times a day. Limited outlets and a lack of cleaning services during the stay made the experience less enjoyable, particularly in the heat of summer. The stairs leading to the apartment could be tricky with luggage, and one bathroom had a broken toilet seat, making it uncomfortable to use.

It’s cozy and clean with a nice flat-screen TV and quick Wi-Fi. The location made it super easy to explore. They even had basic toiletries ready for us!

They helped us with a tricky moment when we got locked out, and it was resolved in no time!
