the lack of towel hooks was shocking, I had to use the towel warmer like a common person, and the beds are smaller than even a child's room! after these disappointments, a complimentary drink or upgrade would’ve been nice, but clearly, they don’t prioritize their guests. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to major attractions. The noise from the street could be disruptive for light sleepers.

missingWrote a review on 07 Novconvenient locationthoughtful amenitiesnoisy environment
The location provided easy access to major attractions and a comfortable setup for the family, making it feel like home. Having a cold bottle of water ready in the fridge was a nice touch that helped us unwind after a long travel day.
The check-in process was long and entirely online, which felt a bit impersonal. The noise levels were a problem. street sounds and other guests' activities in the shared kitchen were disruptive, especially when bacon was frying multiple times a day. Limited outlets and a lack of cleaning services during the stay made the experience less enjoyable, particularly in the heat of summer. The stairs leading to the apartment could be tricky with luggage, and one bathroom had a broken toilet seat, making it uncomfortable to use.

The apartment had a large glass bottle of cold water waiting for us, which was a thoughtful touch.
Additionally, the noise from the street was quite disruptive at night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The beds themselves were not very comfortable and felt smaller than expected, which added to our disappointment during the stay.

would book again
The apartment had air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher. Two rooms had ensuites which was great for our group. It’s cozy and clean with a nice flat-screen TV and quick Wi-Fi. The location made it super easy to explore. They even had basic toiletries ready for us!

Recommend it for families
Location is everything! We were just a few minutes away from every major attraction. The apartment felt like home, especially with a cold bottle of water in the fridge waiting for us after a long journey. Using WhatsApp to contact support was seamless! They helped us with a tricky moment when we got locked out, and it was resolved in no time!
It wasn’t cheap, but the price was still okay for the convenience.

The apartment was well-maintained with clean bathrooms and a tidy kitchen, making it easy to settle in. Quick access to support via WhatsApp was a lifesaver during our stay. However, the lack of towel hooks in the bathrooms was inconvenient, and the beds felt a bit too small for comfort.
